The below questions relate specifically to free hosting, continue past this section for Premium related questions.

I have not received my free account activation e-mail, what do I do?

Check your spam or junk mail folders, if you have not received it after an hour please try signing up again using an alternative e-mail address such as a gmail.com address.

How do I delete my free account?

Remove all domains or sub-domains you added and all content including files, folders and databases and your account will be removed in due time.

I can't seem to login to my free account, what do I do?

Ensure your browser accepts all cookies and that you are using the correct information, if the problem persists try an alternative browser and if still having issues, contact support for assistance.

How many accounts can I have on free hosting?

One (1) account per e-mail address and upto five (5) per IP address.

How do I change my username on free hosting?

You are not able to change your free hosting control panel username, if necessary however you are free to create a new account.

Premium Hosting Related Account Questions

The below questions relate specifically to our paid services including cPanel and VPS accounts.

I have not received my account details e-mail with my username and password, what do I do?

First, please note it may take between 24~48 hours for your order to be processed, if you have not yet received your details after this period please check your premium hosting billing account under My Emails for a copy of this e-mail.

If you have yet to receive it after 48 hours and it is not in your billing account, please contact support for assistance.

How do I cancel my paid service(s)?

You can do this one of two ways depending on your requirements...

1) Cancel any and all recurring payment methods and use the account until it is due for renewal at which point it will be suspended (RECOMMENDED)

2) Contact support to process an immediate cancellation of your services.

I can't seem to login to my billing, cPanel or webmin account, what do I do?

For billing accounts you can initiate a password reset by:

  1. Going to SecureSignup.net
  2. Click on Login
  3. Click on Request a Password Reset
  4. Provide your registered e-mail address
  5. Click Submit

This will send a new password to your registered e-mail account.

For cPanel accounts you can view or change the password by:

  1. Logging into your Premium Billing Account
  2. Click onĀ My Services
  3. To the far right of the service in question, click on the icon

You will now see the password as assigned to that account, you may also effect a change to the cPanel password via the same area if it is not correct.

For webmin, you can change the password via SSH by:

  1. Logging into your VPS via SSH
  2. Running the following: /usr/share/webmin/changepass.pl /etc/webmin admin password
  3. Running the following: /etc/init.d/webmin restart

In the second line above, admin is the username given to you in your welcome e-mail and password is the password you will be changing the password to.
